10:00-12:00 Status of 4D Network -- history, founding docs, principles of collaboration (see notes from last workshop and draft Founding Docs) [Whole Group]
12:00-14:00 Subject Focus Groups: draft strategy docs for groups: (1) Space, (2) Open Government/Open Development; (3) Environment/Climate Change; and (4) Global network strategy/founding docs [small working groups]
14:00-14:30 Small presentations [each of small groups]
