Prioritization FAQ

What is the Prioritization tool all about?
The Prioritization tool is designed to help assess the relative prioritization of different projects. It can help to answer questions of the form: 'How much time or money should I allocate to Project A vs. Project B?' or on a decision 'Should I go with Option A or Option B?'. The tool takes you through a 2-stage process. First you inputs your priorities — e.g. your life goals — and the relative weighting between those. Secondly you input your projects, one by one. For each project you assess a number of factors related to that project and how it meets your priorities. It then calculates a relative priority for them. It is a relative tool only — meaning that it does not give the absolute priority of a project but rather how important it is with relation to other projects.
