You can also cc other 4d members to share with them on the 4d network.

What is the difference between the "Attendees" and "Share with" sections?
"Attendees" are people who were present at the meeting, conference, or other gather when you took notes. The people you add to the "Share with" list will be able to view your note on the 4D Network.

This means that your note is saved, but not yet viewable by others. When you are ready to make it viewable by others you can click the "Publish" button.

When you write or edit a note start typing the name of the person you want to be able to view your note in the "Share with" box, then click on the person's name when it appears in the dropdown box you'll see. You will only see the names of registered 4D Network users.
How do I share my note with a group?
You can share a note with a group the same way you share a note with an individual: when you write or edit a note start typing the name of the group you want to be able to view your note in the "Share with" box, then click on the group name when it appears in the dropdown box you'll see.
How come the post date of my note is different than the date I entered?
The post date refers to the date you published the note on the 4D Network and the date you entered refers to the date of your meeting, conference, or other event.
Can other people delete my notes?
No, only the person who wrote the note can delete it.
