Strategy
- Initially focus on a small number (5-12) power centres [e.g. in order of desire: Washington DC, Brussels, Beijing, London, Paris, New York, Tokyo, Berlin, New Delhi, San Francisco, Johannesburg/Cairo, Sao Paulo]
- Local groups form there
- Later build up nodes in developing nations, technical hubs, cultural hubs etc
Actions/ideas
- Alex: perhaps ask Millennium Project what their lessons learnt are from their regional nodes.
