Strategies to achieve criteria
1. Free for all. Let anyone join.
2. Invitation only
3. By application
4. Combined: Application or Referral
Specific Membership Proposal
Two methods to get to membership:
1. Apply on the site. Give bio and why reasons for desire to join*
2. Have 2 members refer you.
At the launch of 4D, we may also consider going to recruit people from a set of NGOs with related goals, e.g. student Pugwash
* Establish small team (rotating in membership) that reviews applications and which seeks to address new groups that we could recruit from?
